Located at the heart of the San Francisco State University’s Main Campus, the Cesar Chavez Student Center provides a popular social hub for a campus population of approximately 25,000 students and 3,000 administrators, faculty and staff. Currently SFSU houses about 4,500 students and is slowly evolving into a residential campus. The CCSC is home to a variety of services including the Campus Bookstore, ATM machines, a pool hall, arcade, conference/meeting rooms, an art gallery, an events hall, a depot with live performances and live entertainment, and thirteen food services. It is currently seeking interested parties for a Deli/Sandwich retail space lease opportunity with an anticipated opening of Spring 2011. The Menu should offer a variety of fresh made sandwiches, salads, and soups. We ask offerors to be creative in their openings and that they include options for vegetarian, vegan, and health conscious consumers.
